What came out of it

Six projects we can document. Two brands we may name, four we may not, so they appear anonymously. Only what is documented is shown here: no invented starting point, no intermediate figures, no extrapolation.

Method

How these results come about

The route is the same in all six cases. It is set out here so you can judge whether it fits your situation.

01

Check the numbers

Measurement first: are conversion values correct, is there a contribution margin, do the accounts separate brand from non-brand? Without clean data, every optimisation is guesswork.

02

Tidy the structure

Consolidate campaigns instead of splintering them, set exclusions, match bidding strategies to the data actually available.

03

Test creatives

Systematically rather than sporadically. Hooks, formats and angles are measured separately so you know what a result rests on.

04

Steer by contribution margin

Not by the ROAS in the ad account, but by what is left at the end of the month.

What this page is not

Not a promise for your brand. These are individual results from completed projects, each with its own margin, market and product. What is realistic for you, we will say once we have seen your accounts. Before that it would be guesswork.
